Some clients do not want a manager. They want a second opinion on a portfolio someone else runs, a view on a proposal they have been shown, or analysis of a decision that does not fit anywhere else.
This is that work, charged for directly and sold separately from portfolio management, so that the advice does not depend on whether it results in a mandate.
What you get
A written piece of work that sets out what was examined, what was found, what the assumptions were, and where the analysis is uncertain. The published writing on this site is a fair sample of the register and the level of detail.
